Payment and dispatch

The following terms and conditions apply:

Domestic delivery only (Germany).

Dispatch costs (inclusive of legally applicable VAT)

We only charge 6 euros for returns. Shipping costs are included in the sales price.

Delivery periods

Unless otherwise specified in the quote, domestic delivery of goods shall be made (Germany) within 3 – 5 days from conclusion of contract (if advance payment agreed from the date of the payment instruction).

Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.

If you have ordered articles with different delivery dates, we send the articles together in one delivery if no other agreement has been made. The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the article with the longest delivery time.

Cancellation period for online shops deliveries (according to the German Civil Code)

You have 14 days to cancel your purchase. This 14-day cancellation period begins on the day the goods were received by the buyer or their authorized representative. The cancellation must be declared by email or letter within these 14 days.

Replacement deliveries

Replacement deliveries are not possible for vintage/used goods, instead you will receive a credit note minus 6 EURO return costs.

We work exclusively with DHL Germany (the return address will be communicated to you via email).
